Customization related issues
Considering the cost of customization and other factors, data cable/charging cable customization must meet a certain quantity before it can be carried out. In addition, customized products are exclusive items and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
If customers require proofing before placing an order online, or require mold making, they will be required to pay a mold making fee, which we will then arrange. If customers confirm that we have a production order, the mold making fee will be refunded to the customer or deducted from the total purchase price.
Customers need to inform their requirements on style, quantity, packaging, etc. so that we can calculate the accurate price.

01. Make a request

We will arrange professional staff in the shortest time and provide feasible solutions for you to choose according to your needs.
02. Customized solutions
Option 1: Customize an existing solution. We will redesign the visuals of the data cable and packaging based on our existing products and provide renderings free of charge. Option 2: Develop a completely new solution. If you have higher requirements for your data cable, we will develop a completely new and unique product for you according to your requirements.
03. Provide sample
We will provide samples according to the confirmed plan. After the samples are confirmed to have no problems, we can conduct small-batch trial production and then confirm the mass production.
04. Signing of purchase and sales contract
The two parties confirm the negotiated project content and sign a purchase and sales contract. (The contract covers the valid information of both parties, detailed requirements of customized products, price, payment method and amount, production and delivery date, delivery method, after-sales service model, and solutions to unresolved issues, etc., which are legally binding and enforceable.)
05. Pay the deposit
Pay the corresponding deposit to the designated account (the account must be stamped with the official seal) as stipulated in the contract, 30% of the contract amount
06. Organize production
Production will be carried out according to the confirmed samples and the requirements of the contract signed by both parties.
07. Arrange inspection
Inspect and test the bulk goods according to the confirmed samples.
08. Pay the balance
Inspect and test the bulk goods according to the confirmed samples.
09. Designated logistics delivery
The goods will be delivered to the designated logistics for distribution according to your requirements.
